Patient 1
Patient's Story: This patient presented with multiple concerns related to the appearance of her nose. She reported that she initially had a rhinoplasty performed in South America 3 years ago. Specifically, she was unhappy with her over rotated nasal tip, right nostril collapse, dorsal concave deformity, nostril and tip asymmetry and overall crooked appearance. I therefore performed a complex revision rhinoplasty using her own rib cartilage in order to completely reconstruct her nose. This was an incredibly difficult case and for the rhinoplasty surgeons, I placed bilateral extended spreader grafts, a septal extension graft, a dorsal onlay graft and bilateral alar rim grafts. In addition, I placed a rectus abdominus fascia camouflage graft overlying her entire nasal tip complex. Her before and 1 year after photographs are seen here. She has an excellent result and she is extremely happy.

Patient 4
Patient's Story: A revision rhinoplasty was performed on this 28 year old patient who was unhappy with the result of her initial nose job performed by another surgeon. The patient was specifically concerned about her residual dorsal hump, tip asymmetry and hanging columella. Cartilage grafts from the nasal septum were used in order to provide structural support and symmetry and the hanging columella was reduced. The result is a beautiful, symmetric and harmonious nose.

Patient 6
Patient's Story: A complex revision reconstructive rhinoplasty was performed on this 62 year old woman who had a complete collapse of her entire nose. Cadaver rib cartilage grafts were used in order to reconstruct her septum and support her dorsum, tip and alar rims. The aesthetic result is excellent and the patient is able to breathe through her nose for the first time in years.
