Patient 1
Patient's Story: This patient is a 26-year-old female who presented because she was unhappy with the small size and sagging appearance of her breasts following the birth of her two children and breastfeeding. She desired larger, fuller and more elevated breasts and therefore an augmentation mastopexy (simultaneous breast augmentation and breast lift) was performed. 300ml smooth round moderate plus silicone implants were used in addition to a superomedial pedicle breast lift technique, in order to create the aesthetically pleasing breasts seen in the after photographs.

Patient's Story: This patient is a 29-year-old female who presented because she was unhappy with the flat and drooping appearance of her breasts following the birth of her children. She desired larger, fuller and better-positioned breasts and therefore an augmentation mastopexy (simultaneous breast augmentation and breast lift) was performed. 325ml smooth round moderate plus silicone implants were used in addition to a superomedial pedicle breast lift technique, in order to create the aesthetically pleasing breasts seen in the after photographs.

Patient's Story: This patient is a 23-year-old female who presented because of a severe constricted breast deformity that resulted in severe asymmetry and abnormal appearing breasts. This patient simply desired normal appearing breasts so she could participate in normal life activities including going to the beach and wearing a bikini. An augmentation mastopexy (simultaneous breast augmentation and breast lift) was therefore performed in order to construct normal appearing and aesthetically pleasing breasts. 300ml smooth round moderate plus silicone implants were used in addition to a superomedial pedicle breast lift technique, in order to create the beautiful and natural appearing breasts seen in the after photographs.
Patient 4
Patient's Story: This patient is a 32-year-old female who presented because she was unhappy with the deflated appearance of her breasts following the birth of her children and breastfeeding. She desired slightly larger but mostly fuller and better-positioned breasts. Therefore, an augmentation mastopexy (simultaneous breast augmentation and breast lift) was performed. 275ml smooth round moderate plus silicone implants were used in addition to a superomedial pedicle breast lift technique, in order to create the aesthetically pleasing breasts seen in the after photographs.
Patient 5
Patient's Story: This 43 year old woman underwent both an abdominoplasty and a breast lift during the same surgical procedure. Otherwise known as a 'mommy makeover,' this combination of procedures restores youthful breast volume and shape while creating a firm, flat abdomen. Tightening of the abdominal wall muscles was also performed, in addition, to liposuction of the flanks.
